These next ten steps are a very similar format to the first ten. They extend on what you have learned already and I just want to keep sharing everything in do in my daily life to be happier, healthier and more motivated. Remember to take your time with these steps, to watch each one, understand what I am saying and to reflect on it to see how you can incorporate it into your day to day life. There are many solutions and many answers, there is even more questions. But this is the journey we are on and I want to be part of it with you.
